I really like the portrait of real fears. The only part that confuses me are the little balls on the hill below the school bus and again at the base of the bridge. I don't know about the one by the bridge, but for the pieces coming off of the tire it would be cool to maybe turn that into an avalanche coming down on a person (one of my fears). If not maybe adding something like that to the right of the shark would give the picture more symmetry (if you are looking for that). Overall it has some great dynamics and really captures the essence of fear.
